Gentle formula that strengthens weak, worn and cracked hooves by improving the molecular structure of the existing horn. Changes the structure of hoof proteins, making them more rigid, and the overall hoof and sole harder. Prevents the horn from taking in excessive moisture, helping resist softening and weakening in wet conditions. Treated hooves are able to breathe and maintain natural moisture balance. Not an oil or resin layer; will not seal the hoof. Equally effective in wet or dry conditions.

Apply once daily for the first week, then twice a week as needed. Apply to sole to help prevent bruising.

KERATEX HOOF HARDENER strengthens the molecular structure of the hoof horn and soles by cross-linking keratin.

With no surface coating residue, the foot is still able to ‘breathe’.

You will quickly notice an improvement in your horse’s hooves.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Apply to lower half of hoof and sole, avoiding coronary band and frog.

Use daily for one week then twice weekly for general hoof maintenance.

Keep away from horse’s eyes, nose and mouth.

Not to be used on animals intended for human consumption.
