YES! Every customer that has entered any identifiable information when they made a purchase from Laura's Saddlery either online or in-store between the dates of 10/1/2022 and 12/31/2024 has had points credited to their account based on the total amount spent.

Members may earn points for qualifying purchases at a Laura's Saddlery store or online at lauras-saddlery.com. Simply provide your phone number at register or log into your lauras-saddlery.com account before making a purchase. Some exclusions apply.

Members earn points for each online or in-store purchase of a qualifying product, which include all transactions and products sold by Laura's Saddlery except donations, discounts, gift cards/e-gift cards, delivery services, shipping charges or surcharges, service/repair fees, licenses or permits, promotional events/redemptions (e.g. Kerrits Kash), any portion of purchases made with points, payments on accounts/finance or interest charges, purchases made after 1/1/2025 AND prior to becoming a Program Member, or any compensated portions of the purchase.

For in-store purchases, your rewards will automatically show up in your account within 48 hours of your qualifying purchase. For lauras-saddlery.com purchases, the points will show up 48 hours after your order has shipped, or within 48 hours after your Buy Online Pick Up In Store order has been picked up.

If merchandise is returned, all points earned from the purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account. This could result in a negative point balance.

If you return an item purchased with a reward, the reward amount will be credited back to your account. For example, if you apply a $10 Reward to a $50 purchase (before tax, shipping and any other excluded costs) and then return the item, then 500 points ($10) will be returned to your loyalty account within 48 hours for in-store return and 48 hours after your web return is processed.

Rewards members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases in-store or online at lauras-saddlery.com. Limited-time promotions may also offer opportunities to earn extra or multiplied points on net qualifying purchases.

In-store, you may ask a Team Member to check your available points and apply them to your purchase. Online redemption is a two-step process. Once you are logged into your Laura's Saddlery rewards account, if you have a minimum of 100 points, you can redeem points, in multiples of 100 points and generate a discount coupon code. This code is automatically entered in your cart upon checkout. If you redeem points for a discount coupon code, you do not have to use that code immediately. That code will remain active in your account for future use either online or in-store.

At this time, the system allows the use of only ONE coupon code per checkout either online or in-store.

Points expire one year after they are issued, on a rolling basis. For example: Points earned in January 2025 will expire in January 2026. Exception: Points awarded for purchases made prior to the program's launch on January 1, 2025 (covering purchases between October 1, 2022, and December 31, 2024) will remain active until January 1, 2026.

You can find your points balance in a couple of places: on your dashboard when you sign into your lauras-saddlery.com account, or by asking a Laura's Saddlery Team Member at the store register.

You can report a missing purchase from Laura's Saddlery with a receipt. Points will post to your account approximately two weeks after the transaction is updated.

If part of an order is canceled, you will earn points, including any bonus points, for the remaining items that are shipped or picked up in a store.

If part or all of an order is canceled, any points used as payment on the order will automatically be refunded to your Rewards Account. Points can take up to 48 hours after the cancellation to re-appear online in your dashboard.

When you make a purchase with Laura's Saddlery Rewards points, you will earn points on the balance of the purchase not covered by the points being used. For example, if you make a $35 purchase and apply $5 worth of points, you will earn points on $30, less tax, shipping, donations, and other excluded items.

Yes, your points may be used with other promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise noted.

Laura's Saddlery Rewards points and benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable. Points and discount/coupon codes may only be redeemed once and are not transferrable to other parties. Program participants cannot combine spending, visits, offers, points, or other program benefits across multiple accounts.
